As long as you are in Mexico,
you may as well keep going, right?
Ella filled us in on South America.
Abram and Hattie then gave us information about the diverse culture
of the Caribbean region,
with its mix of African, Indian, English, Spanish, and French people.
Since the area is famous for reggae music,
the kids gave us a sampling of early Carnival --
what has evolved into Carnival in Rio, Argentina, and elsewhere today.
Dancing was to "Three Little Birds," by Bob Marley.

Carnival is supposed to be all-inclusive,
so the kids came out and grabbed spectators
and relieved them of their boring lives.

A fun time was had by all.
